A journeyman found his home at Synergy Sim Racing in 2020. Tom is back again in 2024 to get the job done. A confidence driver, when he is on, he is on!
One of the fastest drivers at SSR, Tom suffered from a lack of conversion for the most part of 2021, but 2022 was a breakout season for Tom as he entered the final round of the Pro Series in contention for third place in the championship. If you were betting at the start of 2022 or 2023, you would have given Tom big odds, but SSR knew that at some point, Tom was going to deliver. Ending the season with sixth in the championship, his greatest moment came at Bathurst when he drove his SSR Mustang from mid-field to fifth at the chequered flag inside of two stints. Backed up by qualifying 3rd for the Sandown 500 in 2023 and delivering top 5 results.
Now forming part of the senior driving group at SSR, Tom is one of few drivers that has delivered back-to-back top 10 championship results in the pro series, and 2024 will be a big year for Tom.
